I have regular customer of state bank of india since 2 year. It is very good service provider bank. Normally numbers of branches are avaible across the india so its very efficient for the customers point of view. For the online shopping they provide lot of offers so according to me its very good bank for the online shopping purpose.
Customer service also good they provide better help for me. The drawback of this bank is required maintain minimum balance otherwise take panalty from customer. Internet banking , phone banking, lot of service they provide .
