As the airline has grown it has continuously flawed the rules and regulation of DGCA and also its own policy. as it has a policy to refund and re accommodate incase the flight is preponed and postponed but from last weeks I have found that they are simply not following the policy and just trying to bluff the passenger and falsely looting the passenger . It has simply denied the change in my booking with all sorts of excuses and not followed the policy of DGCA and also its own terms and conditions. this is simply arrogance and loot which the airlines has started and I have found thsi only with spice jet and no other airline. the call center staffs are so rude in their behavior, they even shout at the passenger . I have got the recording and mails .
