The staff is very arrogant. They keep you waiting while they are drinking tea and coffee.they answer very arrogantly and avoid group bookings. I would suggest to go to better travels.Even itctc tourism is better than them.ofcourse some of their drivers are good but does not help when the tour operator helpdesk is very arrogant.the whole purpose of tour is defeated.
