It's a fantastic looking laptop
Using it since 3 years
There's no problem in it
Updating and Antivirus scan should be regular
Lamination I have done to keep it as white n beautiful as I purchased it.
Speed is not so high, sound& video quality is great.
It's great for beginners& students.
For playing games& heavy memory using apps is a problem, I don't play games etc so I don't worry about it.
Nice, user friendly, cute, simple, sleek, light weight, easy to carry and effordable is something this laptop is.
I love my laptop& happy to have it.
However I came viao is stopped to be made by Sony so I guess If you already have it enjoy& if you are looking for buying new one buy dell laptop.
