The 2-line features in this phone are great, and easy to operate. You simply hit the talk button for which line you want to use, and dial the number, or you can do it the other way around. To end your call there is an off button next to the two talk buttons. Switching back and forth during calls is very easy, and if you hit the conference call button you can have conversations across both lines at the same time, and so can the people you are talking to as long as your connected. The range on the phone is very good.With this phone you have to switch between name and number/date to get a full view of all the info.
