I purchased this in late June and still love it. It is pretty small and ergonomically designed. The OpenMG software that comes with it doesn't cause any major problems on my computer so I have no complaints. It is a sports design so it is designed to be very durable. The yellow and black color makes this very stylish. It is small enough to conceal in your pocket. The AA battery doesn't drain quickly compared to the AAA batteries in other Sony's. The sound is crystal clear, but I would recommend getting a better set of headphones than the ones included. I did have one problem however. The OpenMG software has this whole copyright protection system. I tried to relabel my songs that I had downloaded from Napster. If you do so, the software will not allow you to transfer the files to your MP3 Player. Forking over $300.00 might also be a problem, but it is well worth the money. So go out there and get yourself the Sony NW-S4.
