I am sharing my personal experience about Snapdeal.com. I used this website for lots of product. I had ordered a product, nike trackpant , the order contained 2 track pants. Which were packed in 1 parcel . The size was small so I ordered for refund . I returned the product as such in one parcel , sanpdeal people have refunded for one item as they are saying that they had scheduled the pickup of other parcel differently. They have closed the query of the product. Now the snapdeal people have stop responding to my emails and customers are only IVR I will never ever recommended snapdeal to any one now. Stay away from snapdeal guies. Totaly waste of time and money
