I had odered a laptop battery last year.When I was searching for the battery in Snapdeal with my laptop name, it has listed a lots of batteries and I had ordered a battery which was looking same like as my existing battery.It got delivered on time but when I inserted the battery in my laptop, it was showing some error and it did not work.When I called customer care for the return, they denied saying that battery is working fine and it is not compatiable with my laptop.As the battery worsk fine, they didnot take the product back.I am not sure if this is the right process.They told me that they would take the product back incase of any damage or the product is not working but here the issue was with the compatibility.
