I had a strange experience from Snapdeal. I have ordered a product through Snapdeal App and they sent me a wrong product. So I have contacted the Customer care for returning the same. Instead of arranging the pick up of the product they send me an email saying that myself I have to send it to them through a national courier service. I don't have a national courier service nearby. So I have to travel 65 km to do the same. Otherwise they won't process my refund. This is the first time an online store asking me to courier the product to them. Very strange. It's their mistake and I have to bear the consequences. My money is gone. Everyone beware of of such fraudulens. Think twice before ordering... This is just an ALERT to all of you.
