This review is a good news for **Micromax** but **saddest** and **most deceiving experience ** by **Snapdeal**. Phone is awesome(My 1 minute experience says)! BUT.BUT.all the excitement came to 0 level when I noticed a "**white spot"** in the display(NOTE: it was not on the screen, it was in the display)while exploring my phone. Since I was spending 12k on this piece of Micromax, there was no point of adjustment because **Snapdeal claims**, their friendly policy of **"7 days return"** . But picture abhi baki hai.the guy came to collect this **"masterpiece"** after 1-2 days of raising the request and WOW, now we "don't have phone nor the money". Snapdeal claimed to get back to us within 7 days and "**we are still counting time"** with **"negative"** responses from customer care. I think this has become a usual **"high court"** case which will go on forever and forever.
*Moral of the story: *Don't buy "mobile" phones from "Snapdeal"**
