Snapdeal.com, I considered it to be a huge competition in the e-commerce world but I have two bad experiences with Snapdeal due to which I have to reconsider it as a great brand.
I ordered a lightning to USB charger and a Sandisk USB 3.0 flash drive from Snapdeal recently.
Product Quality- The Sandisk drive that I purchased was damaged so I had no choice but to return and replace it.
Packaging- All their Unbox Zindagi type of hype is just untrue. Both the boxes were out of shape and it wasn't a pleasing unboxing experience as they promised their customers.
Shipping and Delivery- The first product took 5 days and the second took 9 days to deliver which is just too much to bare and above all, the boxes arr damaged and the USB drive wasn't working right.
Return Policy- They should really work on their return policy scheme. It took 30 days for me to get back the new UsB drive which I returned.
Overall the experience was not good. I would rather prefer Flipkart or Amazon over this. Much improvement is needed.
