I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sleepwell Mattress. From the time I started using the mattress Dec 2024, Ive been experiencing severe back pain, which was never an issue before.
I raised a complaint multiple times and a person came for inspection but didnt help and I even sent an email on 22nd September 2025, but despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response from the Sleepwell team.
Its really disheartening to see such a reputed brand show complete lack of concern towards its customers and their health issues. I expected at least a basic level of communication or support, but unfortunately, that hasnt happened.
I hope this post draws attention to my issue and encourages Sleepwell to take responsibility and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest.
