Hi,
I ordered Nokia Lumia 1520 on Dec 17th 2013. Order #: 8000068863. I ordered through phone and till now did not receive any communication on status, delivery or anything.
The expected delivery date was stated as 27th Dec 13 which is today and till now no news on shipment. When called they said they are not sure and call tomorrow to get to know the status and register complaint.
Its been 10 days and no status update nor any calls on delay. Very poor customer service and bad status update. I ordered thinking a reputed company, but repenting now.
