I ordered my product around 9 am on 26th of December and my order ID is 3002922387.
On 31st Dec, they told me to cancel my order. Now I am scared about my refund after seeing your service. They promised me the refund in 5 working days and I hope you guys at least help me to get back my own hard earned money. Even the government websites like'irctc' refund the money within 24-48 hours. I hope you wont give me headache in getting back my own money and you shouldn't be .Don't give me a formal copy paste apology reply but I need some action ASAP
Luckily my phone has auto call record option and I have all the call recordings and emails with the customer support doing fake promises about delivery. My money is stuck up with you now and need to wait till I get the refund. I want my refund soon as it is your mistake to take order from me without having stock in your store and holding my money all these days.
Hoping for a positive response from the concerned person.
