Shopclues.com started in India in 2011, have headquarter in Gurgaon. Shopclues have a lot of product at very cost effective but service of shopclues and product on it is not good. In last 4 years I have face some problem with Shopclues.com . Some of the points given below for yours considerations
- No cash on delivery on every product and everywhere
2.Takes a lot of time for delivery
3.Product quality is not good
4.Return policy is very bad.
product description on website is not good enough.
Customer care service is not good.
This cart is only good for low price product or without time bound product delivery.
