I had the worst ever experience with Shopclues - the Leading Cheaters, Frauds, Chors who loot innocent people.
After seeing the Attractive photos of products, I placed orders for multiple items as I was getting the so called Discount with coupon codes, etc.
To My Surprise:
I received the items after 20 days - Delivery time - horrible!
The items I received were totally different from that seen in photos.
Few poorly functioning products and few non-functioning and few totally of low quality material - eg: bed-spreads.
I asked for a REFUND. The initiated return pickup and I was happy that I will get back my money. Its been more than a month and NO REFUND, NO REPLIES from support. SO I HAVE LOST BOTH THE MONEY AND ALSO THE PRODUCTS!
I request the consumer court to CLOSE this CHEAT company who is minting money by looting innocent online customers.
MESSAGE: NEVER BUY FROM SHOPCLUES ! I SAY NEVER VISIT THEIR WEBSITE - YOU WILL GET ATTRACTED AND COMPELLED TO PURCHASE !
