Shivneri bus service is a luxury bus service run by MSRTC, connecting major cities in the state of Maharashtra.
The service is AC Volvo seater bus service and has good air suspension.
I was tempted to travel in these bus as it was a bus by Maharashtra state transport and hence trustworthy.However, I found that these days the quality of the service is degrading.
Initially it used to offer various supplementary facilities like water, newspaper etc. Nowadays it has reduced these and has increased the fare.
The comfort is equivalent to others private services but is overpriced.
The tour is hassle free however. Hence I would recommend only of you are a great fan of ST.
