It is an excellent hard disk with massive storage within a slim package it is a bit on heaver side but I have see uglier bulkier and heavier harddisks. I purchased this one due to its brand name. Seagate do exchange your damaged harddisk with a new one still your data will be gone. I learnt it the hard way. So do use branded products and upload your important data on cloud backup.
