Office location is in inside the city. That too if u are allowed to work in your own preferred location, else you will automatically quit your job due to transportation stress in year on year on daily basis.
If u r a permanent employee u will receive the salary on date without fail.
Negatives: Whatever process you are in. Don't place yourself long term in this company. Your behavioral habits will change and u urself will lose you at one point in time.
You cant able to spend time even for yourself. Forget about your community festival days u have spent so far in past years.
Don't join if ur locality is too far away from the place else you will lose your weight within six months facing both transportation and work pressure
If u cannot able to continue your work due to any reason u will be treated very badly and will be given very low priority to u.
Join there with the plan of jumping to another company within 2.5-3 years.
If you have a reason that is very legitimate to you but seems to be silly for others including your superior to quit from the group. Damn you are gone. You will finish your quitting process including receiving ur PF and all other only after years.
