It is a deemed university by ministry of human resource and development. Government of India. The college awards diploma as well as degree and Pg too. Admission in diploma is taken through its entrance SET ie. SLIET ENTRANCE TEST. conducated All over India. U can write its exam in ur own Capital City. It also takes admission through Jee Main every year gor 4 year BE degreee. Fee for diploma is 8 thousand per semester and 2600 for BE( fee includes hoste fee) .
