They serve the best South Indian food in the area, hands down. Being a South Indian myself I can say that their dishes have that unique south Indian flavor which makes it awesome. I have tried food at other restaurants too claiming they serve authentic Southy food but I am sorry to say, no where have I tasted true authentic South Indian food than at Sankalp.
I am glad this place is close to my office. So, my breakfast and lunch is covered here. With their delicious food I feel at home. Though they have some dishes on their menu which have a twist of Punjabi cuisine to suit the taste of the locality but most of their dishes are typical south Indian.
If you are craving for Southy food in Chandigarh then Sankalp is the place to go.
