*Newly Launched for Diwali 2012.** This Washing Machine looks good and has been made practicable by giving a top dish instead of conventional cover. Switches are of new design and semi transparent. Emits too much humming sound while washing clothes. I previously owned a Videocon 6.8 kg semi-auto which was much quieter and took comparatively more load than this **Samsung 7.2kg (WT727Q) model**. The older one lasted for 7 good years with little bit of maintenance.
Its now time to check this model from an MNC with good repute for after sales. The Spin tub is of average quality with the company claiming Air suction Dry type. The company person called up to inquire about the receipt of the product and a representative came about to give a demo and activate the warranty. Its almost a week now and its seems there is nothing other than the humming which I may have to bear with.
