?I am using Samsung NP 300 v5A sogin laptop from 3 years product quality is ok ok I am purchase it from local Store at 40000. Product works fine for 1st for 1st year after one year the battery backup was very poor so I visit visit the service centre and the service is really bad Service Centre does not have any part of this product I change my battery by purchasing it separately at 2000 rs. I will not recommend Samsung laptop because of bad service.
