Ordered Samsung on5 pro for it's features.i got this mobile at good price and my friends suggest me to ake this mobile and after collecting my 3 months salary I bought this mobile. But got disappointed to receive a defective item. Mobile is turning off with in a minute. And decided to return it. But the options of returning via mobile is much pathetic. All the options taking to a technical support page, where I need to open the URL with the defective mobile.
Don't know how to open the URL with the switched off mobile.
