This device was powered by Exynos 4414 this was original edition LTE phones was powered by qualcom snapdragon 600.


This device came with 2 GB of RAM and ROM of 16, 32, 64 GB varients and expandable storage up to 64 gb.


Display with resolution of 1280×720p hd with super AMOLED technology.Camera was great over this period with 8mp and f2.6 aperture.Over 30 million units were sold till sep 2013.Samsung made battery as a big deal and adeed 3100 mah large battery to this device.
