Hi Gaye's, I am not very tech savvy so I wanted a phone that was easy to use. This is a great little phone. I like that it isn't huge like a lot of the newer phones are(they are bigger than the first mobile I ever owned was). The only things it is lacking are generous storage space and the camera is not the greatest quality. Pluses are that is more toddler-proof than an iPhone
