As the name suggests, the galaxy grand 2 isnt that grand according to the name given to this device. This device comes with 1.5 GB of RAM with a Quad Core Processor and an internal storage of 8 GB. This device possesses several software problems. I used this device from 2014 to 2015, one year on an average. It lags like hell. The firmware provided was Android JellyBean which was a great OS but the galaxy grand 2 was incapable to run it smoothly despite having a quad core processor along with one and a half gigabytes of RAM. According to me, you should not go with this device as it has a damn slow performance. Also, the price tag was nearly 20000 for such a slow performing phone. Yes of course, some of the features such as the rear camera is mind blowing but the overall performance was not good. I dont recommend to buy this device at a such high price, rather go with any other device with this price tag.
