I have brought Ringing Bells **Freedom 251** smartphone. My order id is *FDM145585945396157.* But I have got refund 291 from there site. They can not distribute this Digital India Freedom 251 smartphone. Really Ringing Bells make us fool. When I see this offer from TV news channel I am very excited and also came doubt that is I got this phone for only rupees 251.
But actually there aim is not Make Digital India. I was waiting six hours for placing this order because that time there site is totally down. But I had try and try many time and six hours later I got a chance and finally book a order and done payment. When I could place in order I am very happy But what I got? I got refund. This is really very bad. I want to say something to Ringing Bells " Please Do Not Make Fool Customer"
