One of the useless product launched by Reliance communication. I bought this product through online shop at price of Rs 2300/-. After product delivered, I contacted customer care to activate it and they took around 3 working days to activate the Wi-Pod which shows a really bad customer response.
After activation of the product I started using it for a week and I noticed that its speed is really very bad as compare to reliance 3g mobile internet. Most of the time its signal fluctuate and never gave the average speed.
So, I contacted customer care, told them the problem and they told me to wait "we will resolve your issue with in 48 hours" Why should I wait for 48 hours?. Even after 48 hours my problem did n't resolved. really Pathetic service .!
This is my worst experience with reliance.This Wi-Pod device is not worth for money. If any one have a plan to purchase this product then I request you go for other brands but not Reliance.
