I purchased this product 1 month back. And really guys reliance gave me nightmare. The device sucks the user. the dealer activated the device in 2 days after several reminders. And most surprising thing is that the device stopped responding after 4 days. And after calling many times to customer care I came to know that my services has been stopped due to the verification issue. How is this possible that the device initially activated without verification. After several calls to customer care & there managers I again got connected. but the device didn't work even 30hrs from last 30 days. Lets discuss the pros & cons:
Pros:
1)- nothing is good, invest little more money & buy tata docomo.
Cons:
1)- You cant call to customer care if you don't have reliance number.
2)- for same issue different customer support person will show different picture.
3)- the connectivity/network is really poor.
4)- the speed/server suddenly becomes slow and down for more then 24hrs.
If you really don't want to surf internet, then buy reliance net connect plus.
