They sold me a postpaid connection on wrong information and sent me huge bills. After a long follow up with complaints & mails procedure they gave me final amount of Rs. 680.27 to settle my account. Now after clearing that I closed my postpaid connection and demanded for my Deposit Amount back.
But they refused for it saying that your bill for last month was settled against it during which my connection was deactivated by them only. But according to them, my usage was closed and my billing was not. Such a fraud & cheat company.I'll wish this company gets closed.
