I ordered a washing machine eight months ago from Reliance Digital. Everything went smoothly, and they gave a delivery date after one week of purchase. But unfortunately, they did not deliver on the day they said. So I called them, and their store manager said that due to the unavailability of a delivery partner, we are unable to send it today, but within three days, the item will be delivered, which gets delivered after 12 days. Also faced a technical issue twice in the washing machine as well so I was completely frustrated. Not recommended.
