Please read my below mail which I sent to RBL bank how they make the peoples

Dear RBL Bank,
Please let me know how you guys can issue the credit card even when I denied to accept it to your verifier?
1) Your first executive made fake commitment to me that it is free of cost for the very first year there is no charges and did not tell me that I would have to pay first and than you guys will give me the rewards points and all.
2) When your verifier called me to verify all the details and told me the charges and the policy I clearly denied to process my card and requested to cancel my process on the same call he accepted my request.
3) Once I denied for the card I received the message from the bank as well that bank is not going to process my card but still after few days I received the message from bank that my card has been dispatched?
So, Please let me know how you guys can make people like this? what kind of process is this where RBL bank is forcibly issuing cards to people even they are not interested in it.
I am going to sue RBL and soon you guys will received legal notice because these are connive issues, the act which is taken by bank will impact my civil and I could be in big trouble in future just because of this.
