Visited pykara lake on 14/08/2017. The first place to see on way to pykara is the shooting spot. You can take photos from that pine forest. Then comes the green hills where you can camp. When you reach the top the view is amazing. There is a lake on the other side. The most wonderful place to visit is the Glenmorghan view point. It is situated 7km away from the main route to Pykara. The road is in good condition. Even though the people visiting this place is very low comparetively, safety is guaranteed. You can see the Glenmorghan dam and view point. There are shops or restaurants nearby this place. But you can enjoy the beauty of mist covered hills from this place.
