The stalls in the PVR are charging high. But there is no justification provided for the charges. Recently I have taken a sweetcorn which costed me Rs.120, there is no detail of how much quantity is to be provided for Rs 120. They are giving it in a small paper cup.
Other part is: I have request for one additional paper cup after buying one for Rs120 and they have rejected stating they have some counting for the PAPER CUP. I didnt understand why a counting is required for PAPER CUPS(hardly costs Rs 1). Does this mean they dont believe their own staff?
They dont allow any of our food stuff or bowls and for a paper cup also they cannot give which looks like too stingy is PVR.
But overall PVR need to look into the pricing structure and provide with some notice boards showing how much quantity is served for what price.
This whole is review is regarding the stalls not regarding the theatre and picture.
