Hi its me shailesh kumar amd today I will telling you about my experience with protienx.
The experience is pretty bad and I dont recommend it using. Though it might be boon to many people but for me it was a really unacceptable. Well I thought I coud use it as a protien supplement since whey protein are expensive but that was a mistake I made, I use to have it early morning and right after gym to be honest it didn't help in gaining even a single inch in muscles more over it does cause me gas and diarrhoea.
The verdict-
It does have protien but if you think you can use it for a replacement of whey protein then you are wrong. Not everyone encounters side effects but there are changes you might , like me . It is available in different flavours they might be tasty but all have added suger which not good for health.
