Policy Bazaar is unprofessional when it comes to attention to customers. I was checking on my Car insurance. The agents called up, but during work hours I was unable to attend these. I then received a text message to schedule a time for a call back from Policy Bazaar . Based on open slots I choose one between 12-1 pm today. However I waited for the call, but no one calls up. If they cannot call during the agreed time, what is the point behind a scheduled slot?! Is this done just to show off themselves as a professional company!
