I would like to inform you that I had purchased a online Motor Policy (policy no: 2311100005805300000) from HDFC ERGO through Policybazaar on dt: 31.12.2012 where as my expiry of old policy was on dt: 03.01.2013. But surprisingly when I received the insurance copy from HDFC ERGO all the details like my name, vehicle reg. no, Cahsis no, Engine no, my address & nominee name were all incorrect. Immediately I had complained to policybazaar as well as HDFC ERGO for correction.
As requested by them I had submitted my RC copy & existing policy. After several follow ups asked me to take my vehicle to their nearest brance for inspection, but I denied to do so as I cannot take my vehicle on road without the insurance. Then they agreed for inspection at my place & also did the vehicle inspection two weeks back.
Today it is almost one month passed & both of these organizations are not responding properly to get the corrected copy. In this situation I am not able to use my vehicle on the road.
PLS DON'T BUY ANY POLICY FROM BOTH OF THESE FRAUDSTERS.
GOVT SHOULD BAN THE POLICYBAZAAR WEBSITE..
