Doubt about Perfumecrush

I have a doubt.Could they actually take out the contents from an original perfume.Lets say they empty half of the perfume from the original bottle and then they add some cheap alcohol(not the alcohol we consume, ones used in perfumes itself) to fill up the bottle.Then they carefully pack the perfume(with all the cellopane and cover)and send it to the customer.This way the bottle smells of the original perfume, but its weaker.That is its longevity and projection is affected due to the dilution.

If its not this, then the other thing they must be doing is that they are selling expired stuff.

I have in the past bought from them several perfumes.Some smell genuine while others seriously don't.

Dear Rejith Rajan. Thanks for your feedback and we greatly appreciate your taking out time and writing this feedback. Let me clarify two things here. One refilling is technically not possible and I invite you to visit our warehouse and see all the perfumes(around 300) daily being shipped. We get packs of 10 or 12 in the sealed boxes from the brands and we have to handover the packages to Blue dart everyday by 4pm. We do not have the time and intentions to refill and repack. regarding the prices being low if we are operating from a basement in Gurgaon and paying very low rents. We do not have any fancy shop or office. If we take any shop in a mall it costs Rs 700 persqft minimum rental that means a small shop rental will be Rs 700000 per month. We are passing on all these savings to the customers. We are keeping only 5% margin for us. We do not have very large staff. One can buy any perfume from mall or duty free and compare with our perfume. Still if any of our customer not satisfied we do not argue we refund the money right away. Till today in the last 4 years we haven't kept any money of customer who is not satisfied. Thanks again for the feedback.
