Paytm wallet is one of the e-wallet which makes easir to book movie tickets, flight tickets, bus tickets and many more but when the matter is of customer care it is worst wallet ever.I booked movie tickets and payment shown failed but amount got deducted and according to their policy it will get refunded within 48 hrs and if payment done through net banking or atm card it will take 5 to 7 days to reflect amount in your account but it going to almost a month didn't got my refund and even not getting any response from their customer service. same thing happend when I booked bus tickets and did not got any response. just use paytm wisely
