“do not buy any costly item from PAYTM” - Hi All this is to be inform you please do not buy any costly item from PAYTM relay
it is very bad experience with PAYTM. I placed one LG TV 43 inch on 20 Oct and
while placing this order it was showing delivery date by 27 Oct. And after 25 days
and I paid 36 K by online payment. I have not received my product. And whenever I
was calling to PAYTM they did not pick call but some time I was lucky to make call
to connect and they said you will get ASAP. and while I was sending mail to PAYTM
they just generate on ticket and said we are working on it and your issue will
solved withing 24-48 hrs
"Hi Prince,
This is in regard to the concern delay in delivery which you have registered with
Paytm against the order number 2144774153. As per the system, there are multiple
requests generated from your end for the same issue on the same order ID.
We are already working on resolving this case for you under the ticket 08983517.
Please take note of this. Meanwhile, we would be closing this duplicate case."
This is what he told 20 times.
After 15 Days :
Now while tracking online it is showing your order has been cancelled. While I have
not cancelled order when I made call to courier Blue dot he is aslo one of the fool
company he is saying your order is cancelled by paytm and will be not delivered.
When I made call to PAYTM he told Sir we have not cancelled your order. There are
many argue with them.
And they are just playing with me nothing respult come out yet in my favor.
PAYTM has cheated to us.
And finally I Have decided to go Consumer Forum.
Highly recommend to every one please do not by any costly product from PAYTM.
