Paytm has lot more options including online shopping.
I haven't tried for buying anything online but my experience with recharge and booking tickets and all honestly good enough.
I accept there is not much appreciable deals, everything is average.
The recharge process are quick and trustworthy. So the service is quality one, not only that they do update for every transaction and every activity with your account.
Never gone through buying anything so I don know about that service.
Anyway good one, try once and see the result. Its user friendly app.
