Recently I reviewed paytm app it was very good, but I recently experienced bad from paytm app.
I have recharged an airtel mobile, in transition it shows success but recharge was not reciewed.
So I tried to contact paytm customer care but failed
Because they only provides contact information through email, so you can not call them. And you can not express your actual experience. I respect if any paytm authority read this review then they should make the calling feature in paytm.
