I have ordered a item and I have not recieved that item and they have still not refunded my money.
1) customer service is really bad
2) product quality is the worst I have seen in my life. I have buyed products from almost every site but paytm's product quality is the worst
3) delivery takes a lot of time sometime more than one month also
4) the app and webstite is not so good
5) paytm is not reliable
