Only useful for recharged or buying bus tickets as you get cashback.
Otherwise if you are planning to buy physical things never buy on paytm. I had trusted paytm and whenever they delivered very late, I used to think they will improve there services. But everytime there used to be more and more delay. last time I have ordered speakers on paytm on 27th jan and it has to be delivered by 4th. But even on 7th there is no update on the product from the courier service. Paytm has many sellers who don't care about customers. They always ship and deliver products very late. Paytm customer care people are also dumb> What all they know is only say wait for 24-48hours, no matter how much seriously you talk.
Sometimes they show low price on the item and when we click on it, the price will be increased. Sometimes they show there is cashback on the item, but once you click on it there won;t be the cash back that they have mentioned:(
I am giving one star because there is no option to give less than that. Otherwise it will be half star.
NEVER EVERY BUY ON PAYTM UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR DELIVERY SPEED AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!
