Paytm is initially started as a website for recharges and bill payments, day by day the products are increasing like we can do shopping, electricity bills kids school fees and electronic, home and kitchen applications are there and paytm provides bus booking with exciting monthly and festival offers we will cash back for even movie tickets also this is very good website it is having negatives like some products are having seller warranty and manufacturer warranty some times the products are misplacing for other customers I personally faced this problem twice , the return policy is also not attractive it will take 2 weeks to update money in your wallet this is not good, even money back is not possible through website it is only through app, finally Evey website is having its pros and cons I will give best rating for recharges and bill parent and for shopping it is average
