I purchased a new Panasonic eluga a hand set on 22/08/15, and it got dead it's self on 19/09/15 this is quality of Panasonic brand, and if I talk about it's service it's been 9 days to my mobile which is in service center I havn't got any call or smsy phg m from their side regarding phone and if I call them every time they says it will take 20 days.
When I visited Panasonic service centre I saw their small amall flexies or we can say posters( PANASONIC INSTANT SOLUTION) these are the lines which is written over their. this is my advice to Panasonic don't write what you can't do and also remove those posters. And very honestly this was the my first or last product of panasonic company after this I am not gonna switch or buy any product of panasonic and also will say no to my friends or in my circle
