In customer service, first of all no CHAT option is there, we have to send details they will response whenever they have time.
In personal computers everytime we have to login, the site will not remember id and password.
Like other wallets the recharge or topup plans are not in update.
Sending money to bank is excellent service, user friendly but in that, SOCIAL option is there till now I didnt understand.
Promotion codes and coupns are very less, when we tally with other wallets.
