I actually worked for Oracle Financial Services Software, at Gopalan Global Axis. On average experience was okay. Team was good! Cafeteria was good, work was also okay. I worked for 1.5 years only, overall good! There was a bus service provided from office. The buses left at 5pm and 7pm from office, for various routes. This was a free service. This is something very convenient for employees.
One negative factor that I can recall, in this company, is "screaming shouting managers" in few of the teams. Not sure if action is taken against them upon complaint, I've watched some employees suffer.
