Hello friends, today I will share my experience for using the phone F1 plus.
I bought this from Anil communications, Ludhiana within the first month of the launch for this phone. I was really very excited as everyone generally does. After our usage of 30 days, I started facing phone lagging and apps stop working if I am working since a long period. First I thought that this Was a software Issue but then I realised that the phone hardware doesn’t supports such extensive usage of apps which are downloaded by play store.
After contacting the Oppo service centre, I was given statements such that Only those applications will work properly which are downloaded in this phone by default. This conversation was recorded in my phone, I have sent a copy to the executive manager of the company. I haven’t received any update regarding the same till date.
my overall feedback for this phone and the services provided to me is negative, don’t go for such type of cheap phones.
